At HQ Clinic, we prioritize understanding our patients' individual needs. Whether some require long-term treatments or others are exploring our services for the first time, we have developed a range of comprehensive package treatment plans to accommodate all patients. Our goal is to not only provide effective care but also to help manage costs in the long run.

Disclaimer for packages

Our HQ Clinic packages become active from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions.

1. Clients must be of the legal age of 18 to make the purchase valid.

2. Our refund policy is as follows: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any treatment sessions. However, once you've used any of the sessions, the package becomes non-refundable.

3. Each package has an expiration date; the client must complete the sessions within this duration. The duration of each package has been set up to allow enough time for the client to book their appointment in the event that we are fully booked and their desired date and time cannot be fulfilled prior to advance booking. This is based on the calculation that the patient receives one session per month. It is the client's responsibility to complete the entire package before the expiration date. This accountability ensures that the client is fully committed to their treatment plan. Should the package expire without full completion, it will not be refundable.

4. Appointment availability is contingent on several factors, including our advanced booking schedule, the availability of your chosen practitioner, and their work shifts. While we strive to accommodate your preferred date and time, please understand that these factors may limit our availability.If the practitioner is not available for an unprecedented period, a refund will not be valid for clients with existing packages. However, they will be contacted using their details to discuss a remedy.

5. Should HQ Clinic proceed to make changes to the price guide, clients with existing packages will be notified ahead of time. This commitment to keeping you informed ensures that you are always aware of any changes and given instructions on what to do next. We respect your investment in our services and strive to maintain transparency in our pricing.

6. Consultations followed by your chosen treatment are included in the package. The package deal on the consultation fees has already been calculated. Clients are given the same 15-minute consultation period before each session; please be considerate of a 15-minute time slot for each practitioner, as this should be within the allowance of your package. Should you wish to proceed with an add-on extension of consultation time, then you will be notified by the practitioner ahead of time; the cost of the extension is subject to that current price guide.
